Returns & Exchanges

Condition: To be eligible for a return, your watch/item must be unused, unworn, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging with all protective films, tags, and manuals intact.

Non-returnable Items: Final sale items or customized/altered products cannot be returned.
How to Initiate a Return

Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with the shipping address and instructions on where to send your package.

Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product arrived damaged or defective.
Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed immediately, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
